How do I get my member code?

The moment we confirm your first booking, you'll get an email with a unique code built from your initials + a 4-digit tag (something like WF-MR-2048). That code lives in your account at My Trips and unlocks every benefit.

Does the 15% discount expire?

No. Once you've traveled with us once, the discount is yours. Book your second city this year or three years from now - same rate.

Can I stack the 15% with other promotions?

The 15% is our best offer, so it doesn't stack with seasonal deals or gift-card credits. Use whichever gives you the deeper discount.

Can I transfer my discount to a friend?

The member code is tied to your email and phone - non-transferable. But if you book for a group, every seat on that booking gets the 15%.

What if I cancel my first tour?

If the first tour is cancelled or refunded before it happens, the membership pauses until you rebook. Once you've actually taken a tour, you're in for good.

Do group tours count?

Yes. Private group bookings, corporate events, and bachelorette food crawls - all count. Everyone on the booking joins the club.
