Terms
Last updated: May 27, 2026. These Terms are the contract between us when you browse the site, submit a form, apply as a partner, or book a tour. We've kept them readable - and we promise we're on your side when it counts.
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of wfoodies.com and any tour, food map, gift card, group booking, creator collaboration, or other service you book or access through Wow Foodies. By using the site, submitting a form, or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.
The service is operated by RocketTour Media Ltd. ("Wow Foodies," "we," "us"). You are "you" or "the customer." These Terms sit alongside our Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Safety page, and any written terms attached to a private group, affiliate, or creator agreement.
Who can book
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and at least 18 years old to create a booking. Anyone under 18 must travel with a responsible adult who holds the booking and accepts responsibility for them.
Some tours have additional requirements. Tours that include alcohol are limited to guests who meet the legal drinking age in the country of the tour, and you are responsible for complying with local laws at all times.
Website use & availability
The site is provided to help you discover Wow Foodies experiences, read editorial content, request information, and make bookings. You may use it only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless we have given you written permission otherwise.
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or available in every location. We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the site when needed for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.
You are responsible for your own device, software, connection, and any security precautions when accessing the site.
Bookings, pricing & confirmations
Prices shown on the site are per person in USD unless otherwise stated, and include applicable local taxes and the food and drinks described on the tour page. Tips for your guide are not included and are appreciated but never expected. Booking fees, payment fees, or third-party charges may be shown separately before checkout where relevant.
A booking request is an offer to purchase. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference beginning with WF-. Until then, no contract exists between us.
You are responsible for checking the booking details, date, time, meeting point, guest names, dietary notes, and email address you provide. We are not responsible for confirmations or updates sent to an incorrect email address supplied by you.
We may refuse or cancel a booking if there is reason to believe it is fraudulent, if the tour is fully booked, if the minimum guest requirement is not met, if we have made an obvious pricing or availability error, or if accepting the booking would create a safety, legal, or operational risk. If we cancel for one of these reasons and you have paid, we will refund you unless the cancellation is due to your breach of these Terms.
Payment, promo codes & fees
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, via our payment processor (Stripe or another provider shown at checkout). By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you have explicit permission to use it.
Currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, bank fees, or card issuer charges are between you and your bank or payment provider.
Promo codes must be entered before payment and cannot be applied retroactively. Unless we say otherwise, promo codes apply only to eligible individual bookings and do not apply to private groups, custom experiences, gift cards, or already discounted bookings. We may reject, suspend, or cancel codes that are expired, misused, copied, sold, or published without permission.
Changes, cancellations & minimum numbers
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rules are in our Cancellation Policy. It is part of these Terms, so please read it before booking.
Some scheduled tours require a minimum number of guests to operate. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel the tour and offer you a refund, credit, or alternative date. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, flights, or other costs you incur around a cancelled or changed tour.
If an event outside our reasonable control affects a tour — including severe weather, strikes, public transport disruption, civil unrest, public-health restrictions, venue closures, guide illness, or other safety issues — we may modify, reschedule, credit, refund, or cancel the affected tour depending on the situation.
Late arrivals, tickets & resale
You are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time and arranging your own transport to and from the tour. If you arrive late, the guide may need to start without you and your booking may be treated as a no-show under our Cancellation Policy.
Bookings, tickets, and confirmations are for you and your party only. You may not resell, auction, commercially trade, or advertise them for resale without our written permission. We may cancel suspected resold bookings or refuse participation to the holder of a resold booking without refund.
Conduct on tour
Your guide runs the tour. Please follow their reasonable instructions, especially those related to safety, timing, local law, alcohol, accessibility, venue rules, and respectful behavior toward vendors, guides, residents, and other guests.
We may refuse admission or remove from the tour, without refund, anyone who is disruptive, harassing, threatening, abusive, significantly intoxicated, appears under the required age for an age-restricted tour, carries illegal substances or offensive weapons, ignores safety instructions, smokes or vapes where prohibited, records where recording is not allowed, or otherwise puts the group, guide, vendors, or our reputation at risk. This is at the guide's sole discretion.
Health, allergies & personal responsibility
You are responsible for disclosing any allergy, medical condition, pregnancy-related restriction, mobility need, or dietary restriction at the time of booking. We rely on that information to plan your tour and brief our partners. We cannot be responsible for reactions to ingredients, preparation methods, cross-contamination, or restrictions not disclosed to us in advance.
Food tours involve walking, standing, stairs, crowds, weather, alcohol where included, public streets, and independent food businesses that we do not control. You participate at your own risk and should decide whether the tour is suitable for your health, fitness, travel insurance, and personal circumstances before booking.
Itineraries, vendors & third parties
Published routes, menus, tastings, venues, and guide assignments are examples of the planned experience, not guarantees. We may change stops, dishes, timing, route order, or guide when needed because of closures, availability, weather, safety, group needs, or local conditions.
During the tour, you will eat and drink at independent restaurants, markets, bakeries, bars, and food stalls. Their premises, products, staff, allergens, policies, and services are their own. We select partners carefully, but we are not responsible for issues that arise solely from a partner's operation or from third-party services such as payment processors, map providers, social platforms, transport providers, or external websites linked from our site.
Photography, filming & media
We sometimes take photos or video on tours for marketing, training, and documentation. If you would rather not appear, tell your guide at the start and they will make reasonable efforts to keep you out of frame.
By joining a tour, you allow us to use photos or videos taken by us or our guides during the tour in which you may appear for Wow Foodies marketing, website, social media, email, editorial, and promotional materials worldwide, without additional payment, unless you opt out with your guide at the start of the tour.
You own the rights to photos and videos you create, but by tagging Wow Foodies, sending us content, or submitting content through a creator, affiliate, review, or collaboration flow, you grant us permission to re-share, repost, edit for format, and use that content with credit where practical, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Creator, affiliate & partner programs
Creator collaborations, hosted tours, affiliate links, commissions, gifted places, and paid partnerships are available only when approved by us in writing. Submitting a form does not guarantee approval, compensation, complimentary places, exclusivity, or a specific tour date.
Partners must represent Wow Foodies honestly, disclose sponsored or affiliate relationships as required by law and platform rules, avoid misleading claims, and may not use our brand, content, photos, itineraries, or offers in a way that suggests employment, agency, endorsement, or guaranteed availability unless we have approved it in writing.
Intellectual property
All content on wfoodies.com — text, images, branding, logos, tour itineraries, maps, recipes, editorial design, forms, code, and page structure — is owned by Wow Foodies or licensed to us. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, edit, upload, transmit, republish, sell, commercially exploit, remove our branding from, imitate, or use our content, marks, routes, maps, or materials to train machine learning models or build competing products without prior written permission.
You may not do anything that takes unfair advantage of our reputation, creates confusion with Wow Foodies, or infringes our intellectual property or the rights of our licensors, guides, partners, or guests.
Privacy & data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes information you provide when booking, contacting us, joining a tour, applying as a creator or affiliate, joining our club, or using our site.
You are responsible for making sure information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to provide information about other guests in your party, including dietary restrictions, contact details, and accessibility needs.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
We use reasonable care and skill in providing the site and our tours. Site content is for general information only and is not travel, medical, legal, dietary, or safety advice. You rely on it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a tour, booking, collaboration, affiliate arrangement, or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question, or USD 100 if no booking amount was paid.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including missed flights, lost luggage, lost profits, lost opportunity, accommodation costs, replacement travel, emotional distress, or losses caused by third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
General legal terms
These Terms and the documents they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us for the relevant booking or site use, unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest will continue in effect. If we delay enforcing a right, that does not mean we waive it. No person other than you and Wow Foodies has rights to enforce these Terms unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. You and we agree to try to resolve any dispute amicably first — email hello@wfoodies.com and we will do our best to sort it out.
If that fails, the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in our business, technology, payment methods, market conditions, legal requirements, or the way tours operate. The version in effect when you make a booking is the one that applies to that booking. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where relevant, emailed to customers with active bookings.
