What's the minimum group size? add
Six guests for most cities. For intimate private tours (2–5 guests), book via our standard tour pages - the team experience kicks in from six.
How much lead time do you need? add
Three to four weeks is comfortable. We've turned around groups in ten days when venues and calendars align - ask, and we'll tell you honestly.
How is pricing structured? add
Tour-only rates start at around €120 per guest. Add-ons (catering, transfers, lodging, team-building) are quoted line-by-line so you can pick and choose.
Can you handle kosher, halal, or allergy-heavy groups? add
Tell us the dietary needs before we quote. Sweet routes often involve dairy, gluten, eggs and possible nuts; we pre-check stops and will be honest if a city or route is not safe for your group.
Can you do cities you don't list publicly? add
Sometimes. We regularly custom-build tours in Florence, Barcelona, Lisbon, Istanbul, and Porto through trusted local partners. Ask and we'll tell you straight if we can deliver at our standard.
What if our plans change? add
Full refund up to 21 days before. Date changes are free up to 7 days out. Beyond that we work with you on a case-by-case basis - we've never left a client stranded.
